30例新鲜胃癌标本,采用多聚酶链反应(PCR)技术检测人类乳头瘤病毒(HPV)16、18感染,并采用多聚酶链反应-单链构象多态性(PCR—SSCP)技术对p53基因突变进行检测。结果:HPV_(16)阳性率为40.0%,未发现HPV_(18)感染;p53基因突变率为50.0%,HPV_(16)感染和p53基因突变同时存在者为16.7%。
Thirty fresh gastric cancer specimens were detected by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) to detect human papillomavirus (HPV) 16 and 18 infections and polymerase chain reaction-single strand conformation polymorphism (PCR-SSCP) was used to detect p53 gene mutations. Testing. Results: The positive rate of HPV_(16) was 40.0%. No HPV_(18) infection was found; the mutation rate of p53 gene was 50.0%, and the HPV_16 infection and p53 gene mutation existed at the same time was 16.7%.
