用XRD和SEM系统地研究了用PIT方法制成的银包套Bi-2223单芯和多芯带材在不同加工阶段的组织结构,发现机械加工使装管粉末形成了择优取向,这种择优取向是2223相形成织构的基础。随着热处理的进行,2223相晶粒呈片状长大,长大的速度具有各向异性,同时织构度不断增加。烧结过程中的压制工艺能增加带材的致密度,使2223相片状晶粒之间的连接更好,性能大大提高。在目前使用的工艺条件下,多芯带材的择优取向、性能等不如单芯带材。
XRD and SEM were used to systematically study the microstructure of Bi-2223 single-core and multicore tapes produced by PIT method in different processing stages. It was found that the mechanical processing resulted in the preferential orientation of the tube powder. Orientation is the basis of the 2223-phase texture. With the heat treatment carried out, 2223 phase grains grow in the form of flakes, the growth rate of anisotropy, while increasing the degree of texture. The sintering process of the pressing process can increase the density of the strip, so that the connection between the 2223-like grain better, greatly improved performance. In the current process conditions, the preferred orientation of multicore tape, performance, etc. than single-core tape.
