短短十天的培训,留给我们的却是满满一腔的青春热血和终生受用的精神食粮。要完成从学生到村官的转变,我觉得首先要实现精神的蜕变,以扎实的工作、过硬的表现擦亮大学生村官这个品牌,让信仰在青春中绽放。要学会感恩。脚下的泥土有多厚,心中积淀的感情就有多深。真正把心“沉”下去,把农村当成自己的家,学农家话,喝农家水,与群众坐在一条板凳上。要知道,一滴雨水融入大海,方显其浩瀚,一粒金沙融入沙洲,方显其灿烂。作为大学生村官,只有真正融入到群众中去,才能在新农村建设的战场上彰显无穷的力量。
