一、现状社会治安一直是人民群众关注的一个热点问题,党和政府也对此非常重视并为之付出了很大努力。但由于种种原因,当前重大恶性案件仍有上升趋势,危害也很严重,这是当前刑事犯罪的一个突出特点。具体来说,当前,严重危害社会治安的犯罪主要表现在以下几个方面:(一)杀人、抢劫、重大伤害案件十分突出。值得注意的是,一些雇佣“杀手”杀人,杀人碎尸抛尸等严重犯罪也正在越来越多的地方出现。尤其是以抢劫犯罪为主要内容的“车匪路霸”,虽经各地政法机关大力围歼,但有的地方至今未能有效遏制。(二)重大盗窃、诈骗案件居高不下。盗窃、诈骗的手段越来越新,如以“引进外资”、“集资”、“贷款”为名而行骗等;盗窃、诈骗的对象越来越广,从盗骗现金发
I. Current Situation Social order has always been a hot issue for the people. The party and the government attach great importance to it and have made great efforts.
