超市农产品经营在中国大中城市已经有了一定发展,但是,目前仍处于与集贸市场激烈竞争的阶段,受城市居民整体收入水平制约,价格因素仍是决定能否获得最终竞争优势的关键。文章首先探讨了不同经营模式下超市农产品价格形成的特点;在此基础上,以集贸市场为参照,从平均超市价格、样本超市观测价格和城市消费者价格评价三个角度,对超市农产品整体价格水平进行了分析;文章最后从理论和实证两个角度,探讨了超市与集贸市场农产品价格水平差异的成因。
However, it is still at a stage of fierce competition with the bazaars and is constrained by the overall income level of urban residents. The price factor is still the key to determining whether the final competitive advantage can be obtained. Firstly, this paper discusses the characteristics of the formation of supermarket prices of agricultural products under different business models. On this basis, taking the markets of bazaars as a reference, this paper analyzes the overall supermarket products of agricultural products from three aspects: the average supermarket price, the sample supermarket observation price and the urban consumer price evaluation The paper analyzes the price level from the perspective of theory and evidence. At last, this paper discusses the causes of the differences in the price level of agricultural products between the supermarket and market.
