在低温与干旱胁迫下,探讨了牧草蔗新品系的耐寒与耐旱生理特性。结果表明,牧草蔗94-42在低温胁迫下,其相对质膜透性的变化最小,活体抗寒鉴定的存活率最高,有较强的耐寒性;在干旱胁迫下,牧草蔗94-42的相对电导率、丙二醛含量的变幅显著小于对照象草及闽糖86-05,其叶绿素含量的降幅也低于对照种,表现出较强的耐旱性。
Under low temperature and drought stress, the physiological characteristics of cold-resistant and drought-tolerant new strains of forage cane were discussed. The results showed that the change of relative permeability of forage sugarcane 94-42 under the low temperature stress was the least, the survival rate of the cold-tolerant in vivo was the highest, and the resistance to cold was the most. Under the drought stress, 94-42 Relative conductivity, the change of MDA content was significantly less than that of the control grass and minueline 86-05, and the decline of chlorophyll content was also lower than that of the control, showing a strong drought tolerance.
