运用不完全双列杂交方法 ,采用加性 -显性遗传模型 ,对小麦一些数量性状的狭义相关遗传力进行了分析。结果表明 ,在所研究的 12个性状中 ,大多数性状间的狭义相关遗传力小于性状本身的狭义遗传力。当选择强度相等时 ,对主茎穗长和主穗粒数的表型选择可明显提高主穗粒重 ,而对主茎穗长的表型选择则明显减少每株穗数。单株粒重本身的狭义遗传力以及与其它性状间的狭义相关遗传力均较小 ,因此对单株粒重的直接选择或间接选择的遗传响应均较小。但它与主穗粒数、每株穗数、主穗粒重、千粒重的表型相关系数达显著或极显著水平、千粒重的表型相关系数达显著或极显著水平。
By using the incomplete double - line hybridization method, the additive - dominance genetic model was used to analyze the narrowly related heritability of some quantitative traits in wheat. The results showed that among the 12 traits studied, the narrow-sense heritability of most traits was less than the narrow heritability of traits themselves. When the selected intensity is equal, the phenotype of main spike length and main spike grain number can obviously improve the grain weight of main spike, while the phenotypic selection of main spike length significantly reduces the number of spikes per plant. The narrow heritability of individual grain weight itself and the narrow sense of heritability associated with other traits are small, so the genetic response to direct or indirect grain weight selection is small. However, it had a significant or extremely significant correlation with the number of spike per panicle, panicles per panicle, grain weight per panicle and grain weight per 1000 kernel weight. The phenotypic correlation coefficient of 1000-grain weight reached significant or extremely significant level.
