精密ＸＹ工作台是实现Ｘ、Ｙ坐标运动的典型关键部件。为了使该工作台具有精度高、速度快、性能稳定和用途广泛等特点，本文借助于计算机技术和步进电机控制技术，开发了一个接口电路和步进电机驱动电源并进行了软件设计。
Precision XY table is to achieve X, Y coordinate movement of the typical key components. In order to make the workbench have the characteristics of high accuracy, high speed, stable performance and wide range of applications, this paper develops an interface circuit and stepper motor drive power and software design by means of computer technology and stepper motor control technology.
