Vanin-1在肝、肠、肾等多种器官高度表达。它的主要功能主要与泛酰巯基乙胺酶活性有关。多项研究表明Vanin-1在生理条件下与氧化应激和炎症反应有关，其在病理条件下发挥的作用取决于病变器官。本文就Vanin-1的结构、性质、功能及其在肾脏疾病领域的作用进行综述。“,”Vanin-1 is highly expressed in many organs such as liver, intestine, and kidney. Several studies have shown that Vanin-1 is related to oxidative stress and inflammatory response under physiological conditions, and its role in pathological conditions depends on the diseased organ. This article summarizes the structure, properties, functions of Vanin-1 and its role in the field of kidney disease.
