为深化乡级防保体制改革的宏观决策提供依据,我们对绥化地区已建立乡级防保站的望奎县、明水县部分乡镇进行了调查,同时选择了肇东市、青冈县两个未建防保站的县市作对照,用同样方法进行了调查。本文仅就调查中发现的乡级防保站工作之困扰及消除策略进行了简扼探讨。
In order to provide a basis for deepening the macro-level decision-making in the reform of the township prevention and control system, we investigated the townships of Wangkui County and Mingshui County, which have established township anti-insurance stations in Suihua, and selected both Zhaodong and Qinggang County. Counties and cities that did not establish defense stations were used as controls and surveys were conducted in the same way. This article only briefly discusses the difficulties and elimination strategies of the township anti-prevention stations found during the investigation.
