本文结合“工业电视锡槽内板宽测量装置”的研制,探讨了电视摄象宽度检测原理,分析了影响宽度测量值的有关参数,并导出了宽度公式。目标距离为0.5m~1.5m时,宽度的检测精度为±1mm~+8mm。现场测试距离为1.4m时,对玻璃带边部宽度的检测精度≤±0.3%。 本测宽系统属非接触在线检测装置,其特点是:(1)能实时显示玻璃带边部宽度数值;(2)图象监视器屏幕上具有测量基准和测量位置两条光标亮线。基准位置可任意设定,测量位置在视野范围内可任意选择。
In this paper, the principle of TV camera width detection is discussed based on the development of “Measuring instrument of tin plate groove width in industrial TV”, the relevant parameters affecting the width measurement are analyzed, and the width formula is deduced. When the target distance is 0.5m ~ 1.5m, the width detection accuracy is ± 1mm ~ + 8mm. When the field test distance is 1.4m, the detection accuracy of the edge of the glass ribbon is ≤ ± 0.3%. The width measurement system is a non-contact online testing device, which is characterized by: (1) real-time display of the width of the glass with a width value; (2) the image monitor screen with measurement reference and measurement of two bright lines cursor. The reference position can be arbitrarily set, measuring position within the field of view can be arbitrarily selected.
