聚氯乙烯(PVC)是当今世界上最重要的材料之一。聚氯乙烯质量的优劣,在很大程度上取决于聚合时的温度。聚合过程是一个较难控制的,具有强非线性的时变对象。本文提出了一种以单板机为控制机,根据聚合反应机理特点以及工厂具体操作条件,采用了多步骤智能化的控制方案。包括一个“优秀操作工专家系统”和采用副参数模型化给定,带有“前馈效应”的改进串级调节的综合控制方案,较好地对聚氯乙烯聚合釜实现了自动控制,其控制效果大大优于常规仪表的 PID-PI 串级调节。
Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is one of the most important materials in the world today. The quality of PVC, the merits, depends largely on the polymerization temperature.
