本文简要介绍在南汇区河道保洁工作中应用现代信息技术,借鉴城市网格化管理思路,探索河道保洁条段化管理机制的思路和实践。通过在原有工作管理模式上进行完善,引入管理工作模式的三层架构,构成操作层、巡查层、监管层环环相扣,层层监督的管理体系。通过在河道保洁管理工作中应用呼叫中心、中间件等信息技术,克服原来工作中存在的管理工作量大面广、管理措施有限、较难开展过程管理和成效评测的问题,将难以实时掌握和量化的工作绩效变为实时性、数字化的工作考核数据,实现了河道保洁被动管理模式向主动管理模式的转变,为条段化管理在水务方面的其他应用作了有益的探索。
This article briefly introduces the idea and practice of applying modern information technology to the riverway cleaning work in Nanhui District, drawing on the idea of urban gridding management and exploring the mechanism of riverbed cleaning segment management. Through the improvement of the original work management mode, the three-tier structure of the management work mode is introduced to form a management system in which the operation layer, the inspection layer and the supervisory layer are interlocked and supervised.
