警官院校图书馆的改革是方方面面的,是一项系统工程,当前关键问题是强化专业人员的素质。虽然加强警院图书馆的队伍建设,提高工作人员素质问题早已被同仁们所重视,但在实际工作中并没有真正落到实处。队伍状况仍不理想,严重地阻碍了图书馆建设的发展。因此,在实现图书馆向现代化,多功能转轨的同时,我们一定要紧紧抓住专业人员素质的提高,使两者同步进行。否则,没有一支事业心强,精通业务,熟悉管理,掌握现代化技术,结构合理的专业队伍,实现向多功能转
