有人研究≥40岁的妇女施行输卵管内配子移植(GIFT)的临床妊娠率仅是9.6％,而40岁以下的妇女是27.3％。有学者提出增加植入卵子的数量来克服由于年龄所致的生育力下降。本研究的目的是看40或以上岁的妇女高数目卵子种植是否有效,并探索有助于妊娠的因素。
The clinical pregnancy rate in women 40 years of age who have undergone GIFT is only 9.6% compared with 27.3% for women under 40 years of age. Some scholars have proposed to increase the number of eggs laid to overcome the decline in fertility due to age. The purpose of this study was to see if the high number of oocytes in women 40 and older was effective and to explore factors that contribute to pregnancy.
