各行政公署,自治州、市、县人民政府,省直机关各单位:政策性住房资金是政府、单位、职工个人按规定建立的城市住房基金、单位住房基金和个人住房基金以及地方政府发行住房建设债券筹集的资金。为切实归集、使用、管理好政策性住房资金,深化城镇住房制度改革,加快建立城镇住房新制度,根据国务院办公厅国办发[1996]34号和国办发[1996]35号文件精神,结合我省实际情况,经省人民政府同意,现就政策性住房资金管理有关问题作如下通知:一、政策性住房资金按照国家、单位、个人共同负担的原则进行筹集。其中:城市住房基金的来源是:各级财政用于公有住房建设、改造、维修、管理和补贴的资金;提取
