中国建筑科学研究院和交通部第一公路工程总公司于1990年6月12日联合在京召开了《QML_(13)~(12)B 型预应力钢绞线联接器》技术评议会。评议会由交通部第一公路工程总公司的总工程师鞠杰和中国建筑科学研究院总工程师夏靖华共同主持,建设部城市建设研究院总工程师何宗华任评议会主任委员,出席会议的评议委员14名。
China Academy of Building Research and the First Highway Engineering Corporation of the Ministry of Communications jointly held the technical review meeting of “QML_ (13) ~ (12) B prestressed steel strand coupler” in Beijing on June 12, 1990. The council was co-chaired by chief engineer Ju Jie of the First Highway Engineering Corporation of the Ministry of Communications and Xia Jinghua, chief engineer of China Academy of Building Research. He Zonghua, chief engineer of the Urban Construction and Research Institute of the Ministry of Construction, was the chairman of the council, and 14 reviewers attended the meeting. .
