对熔融铁水滴落过程的渗碳规律进行了研究,研究结果表明:影响高炉铁水渗碳量的因素是多方面的。过去那种认为高炉生铁含碳量已经达到饱和并与铁水渗碳过程无关的看法是不正确的。高炉铁水渗碳的主要阶段在滴落带,炉缸内的渗碳过程不会掩盖滴落带的渗碳规律。
The carburizing rules of molten iron drop were studied. The results show that there are many factors that affect the amount of carburizing of molten iron in blast furnace. In the past that the blast furnace pig iron carbon content has reached saturation and has nothing to do with the concept of molten iron carburizing is not correct. The main stage of blast furnace molten iron carburizing in the dripping zone, the carburizing process within the hearth will not cover the dripping zone carburizing law.
