目的观察芪苈强心胶囊联合曲美他嗪片治疗冠心病舒张性心力衰竭(DHF)的临床疗效。方法将148例DHF冠心病患者随机分为两组,每组74例。对照组给予常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础用药上加用芪苈强心胶囊4粒,口服,3次/d,疗程6个月。观察临床疗效。结果治疗后观察组心力衰竭症状缓解时间为(7.5±3.2)d,短于对照组(10.6±4.8)d,观察组ST-T改善程度高于对照组(P<0.05)。6月内再住院率明显低于对照组。结论芪苈强心胶囊联合曲美他嗪片治疗冠心病舒张性心力衰竭(DHF)患者显著改善心脏的舒张功能,提高患者生活质量,降低再住院次数,临床疗效肯定,建议临床应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qili Qiangxin Capsule combined with trimetazidine on patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) with diastolic heart failure (DHF). Methods 148 patients with DHF coronary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups, 74 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional drug treatment. The observation group was given Qiliqiangxin Capsule 4 on the basis of the control group orally, 3 times / d for 6 months. Observe the clinical effect. Results After treatment, the symptom relief time of heart failure in observation group was (7.5 ± 3.2) d, shorter than that in control group (10.6 ± 4.8) d. The improvement of ST-T in observation group was higher than that in control group (P <0.05). Rehospitalization in June was significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion Qiliqiangxin capsule combined with trimetazidine tablets in patients with coronary heart disease with diastolic heart failure (DHF) significantly improve cardiac diastolic function, improve patient quality of life, reduce the number of rehospitalization, clinical efficacy is certainly recommended clinical application.
