本刊讯:为贯彻落实《国务院关于进一步加强企业安全生产工作的通知》(国发[2010]23号),根据《大型起重机械安装安全监控管理系统实施方案》(国质检特联[2011]1 57号),国家质检总局和国家安全监管总局决定开展大型起重机械安装安全监控管理系统前期示范试点工作。有关事项如下:一、试点单位根据前期调研和各地、各部门推荐,现确定中铁工程机械研究设计院等12家系统研发单位和14家设备制造单位作为新制造大型起重机械安装安全监控管理系统前期示范试点单位(名单见附件1),确定中船第九设计研究院工程有限公司等1 3家系统研
The Journal: In order to implement the “State Council on Further Strengthening the Safety Work of Enterprises Notice” (GF [2010] No. 23), according to “large crane installation safety monitoring and management system implementation plan” (State Quality Inspection Joint Special [ 2011] No.157), AQSIQ and the State Administration of Work Safety decided to carry out pilot demonstration work on the safety monitoring and management system for large-scale crane installation.
