中德两国政府的技术合作项目——“哈尔滨焊接技术培训中心 (ASH)”第二期合作项目计划协调会于1993年10月19日～22日在哈尔滨友谊宫举行.出席这次会议的代表共计17人,其中德方代表6人,中方代表11人.在为期四天的会议中,与会者首先回顾了焊培中心第一期项目合作所取得的成绩.在第一期项目合作中,主要以焊工和焊工教师的培训为主.到93年9月末为止,焊培中心共计培训了各类焊接人员5024名,其中按德国焊接学会(DVS)规程培训与考试的各类焊工
