河北省黑龙港流域及东部低洼地区的四十多万公顷盐碱地,严重影响着农业生产的发展。改造盐碱地不仅是这一地区广大群众的迫切要求,而且也是加速实现农业现代化,保证农业高产稳产的需要。治理,改造盐碱地,采取治水改土等工程措施十分重要,但要想治本必须在采取工程措施治理的同时,采取必不可少的生物措施。 树木在生长过程中,既适应着环境又改造着环境。实践证明,有计划、有选择,适地适树进行植树造林,是改造盐碱地行之有效的生物治理措施,这是任何工程措施所不能取代的。
