3.材料发展所涉及的一些重要问题材料的发展是一个复杂的问题,形成上述状态的原因是多方面的,既有材料科学与工程本身的特点以及对其发展过程中内在规律的认识问题,也有发展指导方针上的问题。为了使材料的发展摆脱从属与被动局面,进入健康成长与发展的轨道,对材料中涉及的一些重大问题应有一个明确的认识和深入的分折。这些问题是:(1)材料的一个重要特点是门类,品种和规格特别多,而且各有各的用途,缺一不可。
