目的研究分析西藏地区拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗妊娠期高血压的临床效果.方法选取我院2018年9月至2019年9月收治的90例妊娠期高血压产妇,按照随机分组的方法,分为对照组与观察组,各45例.对照组硫酸镁联合拜新同治疗,观察组硫酸镁联合拉贝洛尔治疗.观察对比两组患者治疗效果、胎儿的分娩情况和产后并发症发生率.结果治疗前,两组患者的血压水平无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组血压水平低于对照组(P<0.05).观察组自然分娩多于对照组,剖宫产少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产后出血、感
