With the increase of China’s openness to the outside world and the continuous improvement of the investment environment, more and more foreign companies are investing in China. In order to help foreign companies understand China’s investment procedures and project decision-making procedures, policies, regulations, and methods involved in pre-project work, the Ministry of Chemical Industry Planning Institute (CPI) and the China Chemical Society’s Chemical Technology Economics and Management Modernization Committee and their affiliated design and feasibility From April 14th to 18th, 1997, the research team co-organized a preparatory project for foreign investment projects that focused on the staff of the foreign company’s office in Beijing in the Planning Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry.
