传统的柔性旧路面维修改造,其施工工艺繁杂,造价较高,对环境影响较大。引进德国WR2500型冷再生机对破损严重的柔性路面进行就地冷再生,保证了路面的力学性能,简化了施工工艺,缩短施工工期,降低工程成本,对环境影响较小。文章论述了就地冷再生技术的施工方案及工艺、应用效果并结合传统的柔性旧路面维修改造与就地冷再生技术进行经济技术指标对比分析.该技术是旧路面改善和改造的有益偿试。
The traditional flexible old pavement maintenance and modification, the construction process is complicated, higher cost, greater impact on the environment. The introduction of Germany WR2500-type cold regeneration machine on the severely damaged flexible road surface cold regeneration, to ensure the mechanical properties of the road, simplifying the construction process, shorten the construction period, reduce construction costs, less impact on the environment. The paper discusses the construction scheme, process and application effect of the in-situ cold recycling technology and the comparative analysis of the economic and technical indexes between the traditional flexible old pavement maintenance and in-situ cold recycling technology, which is a good compensation for the improvement and renovation of the old pavement .
