Among the cross-Strait trade agreements, the mainland’s 80 industries that are open to Taiwan cover four major sectors: finance, hospitals, chain logistics, e-commerce and logistics. Looking at the project alone, it is tempting to find these open projects beneficial to large enterprises on the island and counterproductive to small and medium enterprises. The process of economic globalization is an open market. In principle, large enterprises are larger in scale and capable of investment, so their competitiveness is stronger and they are more likely to receive more benefits in the process of market liberalization.
