为了满足射频拉远单元(RRU)对远程供电和通信的需求,通过结构设计、材料选择和工艺调整,成功研制了GDFJAYP 2B1+2×2.5RRU用光电复合缆。该光电复合缆采用了全干式结构,避免了缆膏的使用,提高了产品的环保性能;采用了独立的光单元和电单元结构,提高了安装、维护安全性;采用氩弧焊接轧纹铠装,可和现有的馈线配套装置配套使用,和现有的配件直接使用,减少了专用工具的使用量,为施工、使用和后续的维护都提供了便利,减少了持续性的投入。
In order to meet the demand of RRU for remote power supply and communication, the GDFJAYP 2B1 + 2 × 2.5RRU optical composite cable was successfully developed through structural design, material selection and process adjustment. The photoelectric composite cable uses a fully dry structure, to avoid the use of cable paste and improve the environmental performance of products; using a separate optical unit and electric unit structure to improve the installation and maintenance of security; Armored, can be used with the existing feeder matching device, and the direct use of existing accessories, reducing the amount of special tools for construction, use and follow-up maintenance have facilitated, reducing the ongoing investment.
