目的分析2007～2011年新疆福海县孕产妇死亡原因及影响因素,提出降低孕产妇死亡的对策及措施。方法根据2007～2011年福海县孕产妇死亡评审报告,对孕产妇死亡调查结果进行分析。结果评审的5例孕产妇死亡中,可避免死亡的占60%,不可避免死亡的占40%;福海县孕产妇死亡的原因依次为妊娠期高血压、脑血管疾病、心脏病、严重胸廓畸形致限制性通气障碍。结论进一步加大县政府支持力度,加强三级妇幼卫生保健网络建设,提高住院分娩率,加强孕期保健和产科服务能力建设,提高产科质量,积极采取防治措施,完善产科绿色通道,关注弱势高危人群,是降低孕产妇死亡的有效措施。
Objective To analyze the causes and influencing factors of maternal mortality in Fuhai County of Xinjiang from 2007 to 2011, and to put forward the countermeasures and measures to reduce maternal mortality. Methods According to the maternal mortality assessment report from 2007 to 2011 in Fuhai County, the survey results of maternal mortality were analyzed. Out of the 5 maternal deaths assessed, 60% were avoidable and 40% inevitable. The causes of maternal mortality in Fuhai County were as follows: gestational hypertension, cerebrovascular disease, heart disease, severe thoracic deformity Restrictive ventilation disorders. Conclusions Further strengthen the support of the county government, strengthen the construction of three levels of maternal and child health care networks, improve hospital delivery rate, strengthen the capacity of pregnancy health care and obstetrics services, improve the quality of obstetrics, take active prevention and control measures, improve obstetric green channel, pay attention to vulnerable high-risk groups , Is an effective measure to reduce maternal mortality.
