最近,不少地方发现了一些制造、贩卖假药、毒品和有毒食品等严重危害人民生命健康的犯罪活动。例如:四川发现有人用工业酒精兑水,冒充白酒贩卖,致使多人中毒死亡;河北发现有人把敌敌畏掺入劣质白酒内,假冒名酒出售,还有人用化肥作发酵剂,制成蛋糕出售;哈尔滨一肉制品厂把大量氧化囊虫猪肉和疫病猪肉,加工成熟肉制品出售;山西运城一制药厂非法制造、销售大量安钠咖粉及其制品,毒害城乡居民;福建晋江几十家工厂大批制造、贩卖假药等等。这些犯罪分子贪图不义之财,达到了丧心病狂的地步。各地群众对此十分愤慨,强烈要求政法部门依法予以严惩。
