跨国公司是全球先进技术的拥有者和开发者,也是发展中国家获取知识的主要途径之。近年来,跨国公司在中国境内进行研究与开发活动逐渐增加,入世之后跨国公司在中国境内研究与开发活动对国内高新技术产业的影响将会越来越大。
Multinational corporations are the owners and developers of advanced technologies in the world and are also the main ways for developing countries to acquire knowledge. In recent years, multinational corporations have gradually increased their research and development activities in China. After China’s accession to the WTO, the research and development activities of multinational corporations in China will have greater and greater impact on the domestic high-tech industries.
