目的：分析脉络丛乳头状瘤的ＣＴ表现特征。材料与方法：总结经手术病理证实的脉络丛乳头状瘤１５例。全部病例均行ＣＴ扫描。结果：脉络丛乳头状瘤影像学最大特点是肿瘤多位于扩大的脑室内，边缘凹凸不平。ＣＴ平扫肿瘤多为稍高密度影，ＣＴ增强扫描可见均匀明显强化。结论：ＣＴ检查对术前诊断脉络丛乳头状瘤很有帮助，并可清楚显示肿瘤确切位置及其与周围组织的关系。
Objective: To analyze CT features of choroid plexus papilloma. Materials and Methods: 15 cases of choroid plexus papilloma confirmed by surgery and pathology were summarized. All cases underwent CT scan. Results: The most prominent feature of choroid plexus papilloma is that the tumor is located in the enlarged ventricle and the edge is uneven. CT scan of the tumor mostly high density, CT enhanced scan showed uniform significantly enhanced. Conclusion: CT examination is helpful for preoperative diagnosis of choroid plexus papilloma, and can clearly show the exact location of the tumor and its relationship with the surrounding tissue.
