近年来人们普遍地注意到缺铁性贫血病人的免疫功能状态有明显的改变,且这种改变可以在机体缺铁而尚未出现贫血之前发生。尽管在这个问题的看法和原因解释上各家还有争论,但多数人还是认为缺铁性贫血时容易发生感染,且血红蛋白低于10克/分升时机体免疫功能明显降低。
In recent years, it is widely noticed that there is a significant change in immune function in patients with iron deficiency anemia, and this change can occur before the body has developed iron deficiency without anemia.
