7月30日,泛海建设集团有限公司(000046.SZ)股东大会审议通过了定向增发议案,拟增发不超过5亿A股,控股股东泛海控股以其持有北京星火、海通建设、浙江泛海、武汉建设(60%)等4家公司股权作价认购不少于2.5亿股,其他投资者发行以现金认购剩余股份。凭借本次定向增发,卢志强旗下的房地产业务得以整体上市。打造其地产旗舰的意图日益清晰。泛海控股以资产认购增发股份,进一步提升了其在上市公司的控制权,而上市公司也获得了长期发展所需的土地资源,本次增发后,泛海建设将获得控股股东整体注入的800万平米的土地资源。
On July 30, the general meeting of shareholders of Fanhai Construction Group Co., Ltd. (000046.SZ) examined and approved the proposal of private placement and planned to issue additional shares of not more than 500 million A shares.
