国有大中型企业缺乏活力的问题,是当前经济生活中一个亟待解决的严峻课题。它既是一个紧迫的实践问题,又是一个敏感的理论问题。如果不从理论上加以解说,实践上就难以操作。 对症下药才能奏效。因此,必须首先找出造成国有大中型企业不活的原因,才能有针对性地找出解决问题的办法。 对国有大中型企业缺乏活力的原因,说法有二:一曰体制,二曰制度。
The lack of vitality of large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises is a serious issue to be solved in the present economic life. It is both an urgent practical issue and a sensitive theoretical issue. If you do not explain the theory, it is difficult to operate in practice. The right medicine can work. Therefore, we must first identify the reasons for the inactivity of state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises and find out the solutions to the problems in a targeted manner. There are two reasons why the state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises lack vitality: the first one is the system and the second one is the system.
