The 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of China established the goal of China’s economic structural reform to establish a socialist market economic system. Make the market play a role in allocating resources under the macro-control of socialist countries and make economic activities conform to the requirements of the law of value. The establishment of this socialist economic model has enabled our country to step into a new era in the theory and practice of reform. The basic characteristics of the market economy can be summarized as the market-based economic relations, business autonomy, indirect control of macro-control and management law
