本法用氢氧化钠——过氧化钠分解镍、钴、铁基合金粉末试样,热水浸取,干过滤分离除去铁、镍、钴、铜等干扰元素。以氯化钡、三氯化铁、过氧化氢分离掩蔽铬、钨、钼等干扰元素。用氢氧化钠——甘露醇容量法测定硼。方法操作简便,易于掌握。适用于测定含铬40%、钨30%、钼10%、含硼量为1~4%的合金粉末试样,其相对标准偏差为1.37—2.88%。 称取0.5000克试样置于先熔有1克氢氧化钠的镍坩埚中,加4克过氧化钠,在酒精喷灯上熔至透明,冷却。置于300毫升烧杯
