Pipette calibration and the correct use of methods in a series of books are described in detail. When using Teflon as the receiving container, we found that the final residue in the pipette was much more than when using glassware as a receiving container. Therefore, we conducted a preliminary study of the effects of different containers on pipette pipetting accuracy and accuracy, and proposed the elimination of these
