目的探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断新生儿先天性心脏病的应用。方法对有心脏杂音、胸片提示心影增大以及不明原因发绀等可疑先天性心脏病病例予彩色多普勒超声心动图检查,利用彩色多普勒血流显像仪,观察心脏各切面结构和彩色血流特征。结果先天性心脏病中房间隔缺损45例(占50.56%),动脉导管未闭26例,室间隔缺损11例,三尖瓣下移畸形1例,心内膜垫缺损2例,先天性肺动脉扩张1例。结论新生儿先天性心脏病的诊断主要依据是超声二维图及彩色多普勒血流图,新生儿的先心病中以房间隔缺损最常见。
Objective To explore the application of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of neonatal congenital heart disease. Methods Color Doppler echocardiography was performed on suspicious cases of congenital heart disease, including heart murmur, chest X-ray enhancement, and unexplained cyanosis. Color Doppler flow imaging was used to observe the structures of cardiac sections And color flow characteristics. Results 45 cases (50.56%) of atrial septal defect, 26 cases of patent ductus arteriosus, 11 cases of ventricular septal defect, 1 case of tricuspid regurgitation, 2 cases of endocardial cushion defect, congenital pulmonary artery Expansion in 1 case. Conclusion The diagnosis of congenital heart disease in neonates is mainly based on two-dimensional ultrasonography and color Doppler flowgraphy. Atrial septal defects are most common in neonates with congenital heart disease.
