目的观察益髓生血颗粒加红细胞生成素(EPO)治疗β-地中海贫血的疗效。方法采用治疗前后自身对照方法进行观察,分别观察患者治疗前、服药益髓生血颗粒及EPO1个月、服药益髓生血颗粒及EPO2个月、服药益髓生血颗粒及EPO3个月HB、Rbc、Ret、HbF等血液学参数变化从而研究益髓生血颗粒加EPO治疗效果。结果 40例治疗后Hb、Rbc、Ret、HbF明显升高,有显著疗效。结论在益髓生血颗粒的基础上加EPO治疗β地中海贫血,疗效明显,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of Yisui Shengxue granule plus erythropoietin (EPO) on β-thalassemia. Methods Before and after treatment, the patients were treated with Yisue Shengxue Granule and EPO for 1 month. The patients were treated with Yisu Shengxue Granule and EPO2 for months. The patients were treated with Yisu Shengxue Granule and EPO for 3 months. The levels of Rbc, Ret , HbF and other hematological parameters in order to study the benefits of Yisheng Shengxue particles plus EPO treatment. Results 40 cases of Hb, Rbc, Ret, HbF significantly increased after treatment, a significant effect. Conclusion The treatment of β-thalassemia with EPO on the basis of Yisheng Shengxue Granule has obvious curative effect and worthy of clinical application.
