钻杆接手是地质勘探施工中用量很大的易损件,加工时需要钻孔、车扣、铣槽等多道工序,往往因加工效率低,跟不上钻探施工的需要。为了扭转这一薄弱环节,适应生产发展的要求,在贯彻鞍钢宪法,大搞技术革新和技术革命的群众运动中,我们因陋就简,改制成功钻杆接手钻孔和铣槽两种简易专用设备。经两年多的生产使用,效果很好。
Drill pipe takeover is a large amount of consumable parts used in geological exploration and construction. Drilling, buckling, slotting and other multi-pass processing are required during the process of drilling, which often can not keep up with the needs of drilling construction due to low processing efficiency. In order to reverse this weakness and meet the requirements of the development of production, we implemented simple and successful restructuring of the drill pipe to take over two simple and special equipment for drilling and milling: implementing the mass movement of Ansteel’s constitution and majoring in technological innovation and technological revolution. After more than two years of production, the effect is very good.
