校本培训作为促进教师专业发展与成长的一种有效方式,伴随着新课程改革的不断深入走进了学校,备受学校领导和教师的青睐和关注,成为学校和教师成长与发展联动共赢的优势。在校本培训中,我校采取了多种策略。一、整体推进,分层培养确立“关注每一位教师的专业发展,相信每一位教师都有发展的空间和潜能,都会走出一条成功之路”的理念,在此基础上,根据教师的实际,分层次地组建了“攀登组”、“赶超组”、“达标组”岗位达标活动,调动了教师参与学校各项活动的积极性、主动性,促进了教师个体研修计划的目标、任务得到全面落实。二、示范引领,共同提高充分发挥骨干教师的示范引领作用。我们选拔省、市
