吡喹酮对于治疗猪囊虫病的疗效是显著的,但在治疗过程中的药物反应却很多。其中,最严重且能危及生命的是高颅压症。我们在应用吡喹酮治疗人体猪囊虫病140例的过程中有7例出现了典型的高颅压症,经约物治疗有5例症状缓解;有1例应用脱水剂及皮质激素治疗效果不佳,在慢性枕大孔疝期开颅减压;有1例女性患者,在服用吡喹酮期间出现头痛,呕吐症状,经降颅压,激素治疗症状缓解,但在服药第一疗程结束后第40天突然发生枕大孔疝死亡。
