根据开展讨论以来投寄本栏的文章,归纳起来看主要提出了以下四个问题:1.卫生队长参加防病治病工作的主要目的是什么,抓那些重点?2.参加治病工作同防病工作有没有矛盾,怎样把这二项工作密切地结合起来?3.为什么有的队长能参加,有的不能参加,主要原因是什么,是思想认识问题,还是时间安排问题?4.参加了,对思想、工作、作风有那些好处?不参加,有那些坏处?本期发表了3009部队卫生科和6297部队卫生科组织集体讨论的文章。对于第一个问题,6297部队卫生科的同志认为,卫生队长参加防病治病工作的主要目的在于抓活思想,实施活的领导和言传身带,通过亲自实践去找规律,抓重点,解决下级困难,发现问题及时给予帮助指导。对于第二个问题,黄才润同志(本刊今年第三期11页)认为,卫生队长参加医疗工作不但不会影响预防工作,而且由于在医疗工作中摸清了各种疾病发生、发展的情况,就更能抓住预防工作的中心和薄弱环节,做好预防工作。对于第三个问题,3009部队卫生科的同志认为,卫生队长能不能参加防病治病工作的最根本的原因,是思想认识问题。6297部队卫生科的同志认为,只要思想认识问题解决了,时间可以计划安排。对于第四个问题,3009部队的同志认为,卫生队长参加防病治病工作,是实现基层卫生领导同志的思想革命化、工作作风革命化和业务工作革命化的一项重要措施。本栏讨论有重要的现实意义。如果我们都认真地参加讨论,而且讨论得很热烈、很深刻,懂得了参加防病治病工作的道理和好处,那就会促进思想革命化,改进工作作风和工作方法,就会把部队基层卫生工作做得更好一些。3009和6297部队卫生科的同志们认真地组织了讨论,这很好。我们殷切地希望那些直到现在还没有参加讨论的单位,积极组织大家讨论,已经参加讨论的单位还可以继续提出自己进一步的体会,写成文章,寄给我们。上面归纳的四个问题,仅供同志们讨论时参考。
