随着改革开放的深入、中国的入世,英语的重要性有目共睹,从全省甚至全国的情况来看,几乎所有的学校都开设了英语课。但是“两极分化”严重,这是高中英语教学中存在的一大“通病”。在实施素质教育的今天,如何做到因材施教,扶持和培养后进生,是摆在我们面前的一项重要任务,在教学中何为后进生?经过十多年的教学实践,作者认为是那些意志薄弱、基础知识不牢,经常考不及格的学生。那么这些后进生是如何产生的呢?作为一名高中英语教师,我们应如何帮助他们提高英语成绩呢?本文就此进行了探讨。
With the deepening of reform and opening up, China’s accession to the WTO, the importance of English is obvious to all. From the perspective of the province or even the whole country, almost all schools have set up English classes. However, “polarization” is serious. This is a big “common problem” in high school English teaching.
