近年来,经济全球化不断深入,英语作为世界通用语言,也显得更加重要,在这种时代背景下,高校英语教学日益受到社会各界的广泛重视,尤其是英语听力教学直接影响学生的口语交际能力,因此,在英语教学中起着至关重要的作用。若要培养符合社会发展的高素质英语人才,就必须提升高校英语听力教学的质量。本文首先从学生和教师方面,全面分析了高校英语听力教学中存在的问题。又在此基础上从提升教师综合素质、丰富学生的基础知识、加强背景知识介绍、激发学生的学习兴趣、加强针对性听力训练等方面,探究了提高高校英语听力教学质量的策略。
In recent years, with deepening of economic globalization and the fact that English is a universal language in the world, it is even more important. Under such a background, English teaching in colleges and universities has drawn increasing attention from all walks of life. In particular, English listening teaching has a direct impact on students’ oral communicative competence , Therefore, play an important role in English teaching. If we want to cultivate qualified English language talents in line with social development, we must improve the quality of college English listening teaching. In this paper, first of all, students and teachers, a comprehensive analysis of the existing problems in college English listening teaching. On the basis of this, this paper explores strategies to improve the teaching quality of college English listening at the aspects of improving teachers’ comprehensive qualities, enriching students’ basic knowledge, enhancing background knowledge introduction, stimulating students’ interest in learning and strengthening targeted listening training.
