十堰市原果品公司由于经营管理不善,从1976年到1982年累计亏损27万元,是公司投资的1.1倍。1983年果品公司与土产公司合并后成立果品批发部。实现了扭亏增盈。1983年实现利润3万元,1984年1—2月又实现利润5.9万元。其主要做法是: (1)加强市场分析,搞好信息反馈。一是开展群众性的收集行情活动,采购员外出采购商品要求一身三职,即采购员、推销员、情报员,回来后及时汇报。二是深入市内工商企业进行社会调查,听取消费者意见。三是充分利用十几个零售门市部试销新品种,作为信息反馈的窗口。四是坚持每周开一次经济活动分析会,集中情况,分析问题,研究经营措施。
