贵州为全国四大产药区之一,闻名中外。现荟集贵州十大名药,陆续讲解,以供读者参考。 第一讲 何首乌 本品为蓼科植物何首乌Polygonum multiflorum Thunb的块根入药,其茎、叶亦入药。我省是何首乌主要产区之一。从分布来看,省内各县均产,但以罗甸、册亨、望谟、遵义、贞丰产量较多。以早春或深秋采挖为宜。挖后将根块洗净,切片,晒干,称为生首乌;若以黑豆煮汁拌蒸,晒后变为黑色,称为制首乌。本品陈满足省内需要外,还大量外调华北、华南、华东等地。
