目的:探讨孕妇和葡萄胎患者红细胞膜ATP酶活性的变化。方法:采用Reinila制膜法测定104例孕妇、32例葡萄胎患者红细胞膜Na+·K+ATP酶和Ca2+·Mg2+ATP酶含量。结果:孕妇组孕<3个月和孕3~6个月两种酶活性与正常人差异无显著性(P>0.05)。孕>6个月Na+·K+ATP酶活性与正常人差异有显著性(P<0.01);但Ca2+·Mg2+ATP酶活性差异无显著性(P>0.05)。葡萄胎患者两种酶活性均显著地低于正常人(P<0.01)。其含量的高低与血清中βhCG含量显著升高有关。葡萄胎患者红细胞膜ATP酶含量与βhCG含量呈负相关(r=-0.51,P<0.01)。结论:测定孕妇和葡萄胎患者红细胞膜ATP酶活性变化对其发病机理和临床鉴别诊断有一定价值
Objective: To investigate the changes of erythrocyte membrane ATPase activity in pregnant women and hydatidiform mole patients. Methods: The contents of Na + · K + -ATPase and Ca2 + · Mg2 + -ATPase in erythrocyte membrane of 104 pregnant women and 32 cases of hydatidiform mole were detected by Reinila membrane method. Results: There was no significant difference in the activity of the two enzymes in pregnant women <3 months and 3 ~ 6 months pregnant with normal subjects (P> 0.05). The activity of Na + · K + ATP in pregnant> 6 months was significantly different from that in normal people (P <0.01), but there was no significant difference in Ca2 + · Mg2 + ATPase activity between the two groups (P> 0.05). The activity of the two enzymes in hydatidiform mole was significantly lower than that in normal people (P <0.01). The level of serum β hh CG content was significantly higher. Moles in patients with erythrocyte membrane ATPase content and β hCG content was negatively correlated (r = -0.51, P <0.01). Conclusion: The changes of ATPase activity of erythrocyte membrane in pregnant women and hydatidiform mole have certain value on the pathogenesis and clinical differential diagnosis
