小檗碱又名黄连素,为黄色针状结晶,系季铵碱故其性质与一般生物碱有所不同能溶于水(1:20)乙醇(1:100),易溶于热水及热醇。近年来,国内对小檗碱的资源,提取方法等研究进展很快。但是,生产与收购控制质量更为重要,试图探索远离城市的公社山乡在既无精密,笨重的仪器,又缺电源条件下还能就地在短时间内做出比较正确结果是困难的。为此,我们紧紧抓着这一课题,边实践,边总结,终于对粗品小檗碱寻找到一种快速检验法。
